Key Incentives Offered Under T-IDEA:
Investment Subsidies:

Land Cost Reimbursement:
- Reimbursement is offered on the cost of land, making it more affordable for businesses to acquire land for their projects.
Stamp Duty Reimbursement:
- The government reimburses the stamp duty paid by businesses on transactions related to land acquisition, lease agreements, and other relevant contracts.
SGST Reimbursement:
- Businesses receive reimbursement on the State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) paid, reducing the overall tax burden and improving profitability.
Power Cost Reimbursement:
- Reimbursement of power costs helps businesses manage their operational expenses, particularly in energy-intensive industries.
Pavala Vaddi (Low-Interest Rate):
- The scheme offers loans at a concessional interest rate, commonly referred to as “Pavala Vaddi,” to reduce financing costs for businesses.
Tailored Incentives for Mega Projects:
- Mega Projects are defined as units with an investment of Rs. 200 crore and above or units that employ more than 1,000 people.
- These projects receive customized incentives under T-IDEA to attract large-scale investments and boost employment in the state.
Achievements in 2023-24:
- For the fiscal year 2023-24, a total of 2,239 claims were approved under the T-IDEA scheme, with the incentives amounting to Rs. 345.98 crore.
