Sarvadeshik Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Investigation on Telangana
The Sarvadeshik Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, associated with Arya Samaj, formed a two-member commission with representatives Om Prakash Tyagi and H.K.S. Malik to investigate issues in Telangana.
The commission extensively toured the Telangana region.
On November 22, 1985, they submitted a report affirming that the “demand for separate Telangana” was justified.
Based on their findings, a detailed representation titled “Demand for Separate Telangana,” including 10 pages of the commission report, was presented to then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
