• The Nizam, Mir Osman Ali Khan, granted the Exhibition Ground in Nampally on a long-term lease to support these educational initiatives.

Andhra Rulers’ Interference

• Andhra investors, seeking control of the prime land, approached NTR for intervention.
• To appease these investors, NTR terminated the Exhibition Society’s long-term lease, leading to a financial crisis that threatened the survival of the educational institutions it supported.
